Physician portal guideline

1. Access & Sign Up

1.1.   If you haven’t sign up your account yet, please click the button below to sign your account.
1.2.   If you already have an account with us, please click the button below to access physician portal.

2. Login & Menu

2.1.   Login with your username and password
2.2.   Click the ☰ MENU on the top-left corner to toggle the menu panel
  • New Physician: This is where you can create physician profile, which later will be used in creating patient profile and placing orders.
  • New Patient: This is where you can create patient profile. Patient profiles are required before placing orders.
  • Patients: This is where you can search patient registered in the system, and place lab orders.
  • Lab Orders: This is where you can search and review lab orders have been placed in the system.
  • Results Lookup: This is where you can search and review diagnostics result and download reports.
  • LOG OUT: To prevent patient information, we recommend log out your account after use. Account will auto logout after 15 minutes inactivity.

3. Physician & Patient Profile

To start with, create a physician profile when the first time you place orders or if physician is not registered in the system yet.
3.1.   Select the New Physician from the menu panel. Fill out the form and click submit button to register physician profile.
3.2.   After registering physician profile, select the New Patient from the menu panel.
3.3.   Fill out the form and click submit button to register patient profile.
  • Fields with asterisk are required.
  • Patient ID (EMR Patient ID) is the unique Id in your EMR/EHR system for patient. This can be found in your EMR/EHR system. This Id is used as reference for tracking.
  • Select option from dropdown list in field Physician. This is where you can find physician registered in the system. If it’s not listed, please register first.
3.4.   Once submit, the page will redirect you to the patient list.

4. Placing Orders

To place new order,
4.1.   Select the Patients from the menu panel, or after submitting patient profile form from previous step.
4.2.   Use the search criteria section on top to locate the patient and click SEARCH to filter the list.
4.3.   Locate the patient row in the list, click the New Order in the last column, and fill out the forms:
  • Fields with asterisk are required.
  • In Specimen & Test section, Order Date and Collection Date have timestamps by default. Adjusted them accordingly.
  • Select option from dropdown list in field Order Code. Once selected, the list of testing targets will be shown below.
  • Order Name is cascading from Order Code. No action need on this field.
  • Filed Specimen ID is recommended. This is the best identifier for the specimen and lab order in the system. The unique Id can be found on our vials as 2D barcode and text value. Scanner reading is recommended to reduce human error.
4.4.   Once submit, the page will display a message to indicate the successful submission. Repeat the steps to place more if needed.

5. Order Reviewing

The physician portal provides the feature to search and review all the order, to access:
5.1.   Select the Lab Orders from the menu panel
5.2.   Use the search criteria section on top to locate the order and click SEARCH to filter the list.
5.3.   You can also review the order details by clicking the View Details in the last column. This will provide you a systematic requisition*, which can be downloaded by click the “Download/Print PDF” button on the top.

Alternative, you can also review orders for specific patient, to access:
5.4.   Select the Patients from the menu panel
5.5.   Use the search criteria section on top to locate the patient and click SEARCH to filter the list.
5.6.   Click the “Order History” under column Order History in the row of specific patient.

6. Results Reviewing & Reports

The physician portal provides the feature to search and review all the results, to access:
6.1.   Select the Results Lookup from the menu panel
6.2.   Use the search criteria section on top to locate the record(s) and click SEARCH to filter the list.
6.3.   You can download and review the diagnostics report by clicking the “TSxxxxxxxxxxxx.pdf” in the Diagnostics Report column. This is the final report* for the test.
6.4. If you want to have a glance of the test result, you can click the View Details in the last column. This is a single simple report** for the test, and it could be downloaded by click the “Download/Print PDF” button on the top.


Alternative, you can also review orders for specific patient, to access:
6.5.   Select the Patients from the menu panel
6.6.   Use the search criteria section on top to locate the patient and click SEARCH to filter the list.
6.7.   Click the “Test Details” under column Tests in the row of specific patient.
Please Note:
*Final report will combine test results in one report if and only if the same specimen, for example a vaginal swab for both candidiasis panel and vaginitis panel.  It may also include Antibiotics (ABX) if applicable. Test results are summarized and presented on the first few pages, followed by a detailed report for each test panel. General therapeutic treatments table is also provided for reference.
**Simple report only show the results for one specific test panel.
– Both report links will not be available until the lab verify and release the results.
– Test records will not be available right after order placed, until the lab receive and accession the specimen in the system.
– By default, the report will be downloaded to your Download folder in your computer when you download.
