We do not take appointments. Please follow the steps below on getting COVID-19 tested.

Steps to Get a COVID-19 Test
Doctor Order – You will need a doctor order for Pro-Lab Diagnostics or Labtest.bio for testing.
REGISTER – Register by clicking “Get Tested Today“
QR CODE – At the end of registration you will receive a QR code that will be shown to our collection team before the test (screenshot or email – your QR code will be valid for anytime. If you cannot make it today, you can stop by anytime during the open hours. For repeated testing, you can log in patient portal and add a new test)
DRIVE-THRU TESTING – Arrive at our drive-thru in Round Rock, located in the back of the building, and a healthcare professional will test you while you sit in the comfort of your car.
RESULTS – You will be notified to check your results via email as soon as they are available
LOGIN – Review your results by clicking “Patient Portal Login” and login with the credentials created.
Note: In inclement weather, the drive through may close. Please call us at (512-832-9145 ext 502) during bad weather to ensure the Drive-Thru is open before you arrive.
Costs & Insurance
PAYMENT AND FEES – All processing fees are now waived.
INSURANCE –We accept all insurances at no cost. If you do not have insurance, you will be covered by the C.A.R.E.S Act with your Driver’s License # or Social Security #
BUSINESS & TRAVEL – For business and travel testing, testing is available for $135.
TRAVEL SPECIFIC RT PCR TESTING – Insurance is not accepted, and each test is $150 due at time of testing.
Results will be provided same day.

Guidance on Interpreting COVID-19 Test Results
A viral test tells you if you have a current infection.
For further questions or concerns, please consult with your doctor to interpret your COVID-19 test results.
DETECTED (Positive Result)
If you test positive for COVID-19 by a viral test, click here for more information on steps to take for recovery and preventing spread.
NOT DETECTED (Negative Result)
If you test negative for COVID-19 by a viral test, monitor your symptoms, stay home, wear a mask and call your healthcare provider. You may not have had COVID-19 at the time of your test, but should take preventive steps to take care of yourself.
